It was amazing to come home from a long trip in Chile and Brazil filming a documentary to receive at my door an Award for 'Best Documentary' at the wonderful Cinephone Festival in Barcelona. The short documentary is 'Walking in our shoes' original made for the Echo charity to help and support Dad's experience of hospital life with their children. Im so honoured to receive this award for a documentary I made to help others. Thanks to everyone that took part and shared their stories which in turn will support other Dads in the future.
